Single Malt Whisky
Single malt scotch is known throughout the world for its heritage and quality. To be scotch whisky, the whisky must be made from malted barley only, distilled in copper pots and matured for a minimum of three years in oak casks.
Scotch whisky is split into six regions, all with differing and unique flavors and methods which are: Highlands, Speyside, Islands, Islay, Lowlands, Campbeltown.
