As the names suggests, this beautiful aged golden whisky has been triple matured in different casks. First in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by transfer to quarter casks. The final stage of the maturity is in large European oak casks, which originally contained rare Pedro Ximénez sherry.
The nose is a deep perfume of sherry, raisins and sweet aniseed. The palate is both peaty and oaky with a strong sherry tone throughout. The finish is dry and of medium length, peat and sherryied oak.
