With 95% rye grain and 5% malted barley, Templeton 6-Year-Old Rye delivers bright, juicy cherry and green apple flavours that evolve into rich oak spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and hints of rye bread and menthol. Bold, flavourful, and unmistakably distinctive.
Nose:
Stewed peach, liquorice, sweet floral and medicinal spice.
Palate:
Earthy rye spice, soothed with honey notes, with toffee and charred oak mouthfeel.
Finish:
Cocoa and burnt toffee lingers with spice.
