Another award-winning whisky by Talisker, an essential for whisky lovers. Winning the best Whisky in the World at the 2007 and best in its class 2007-2008 International Wine and Spirit Competition. This malt is sweet and warm, mixed with a hint of smoke.
The nose is rich and hearty, notes of butterscotch, Christmas pudding, plums and orange peel. On the palate, sweetness from the get go. This develops into a creamy toffee mixed with a delightful smokiness. The finish is smooth and medium length, hints of smoke and spice throughout.
