Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bourbon takes the original Holladay recipe and swaps in wheat for rye, creating a uniquely smooth yet full-bodied whiskey. Crafted in the original stillhouse, matured in Missouri white oak barrels, and aged in iron-clad rickhouses, it is bottled at 100 proof for maximum flavour impact.
Nose:
Apricot, peach with vanilla, buttery char, and a hint of cinnamon spice.
Palate:
Toffee and charred oak lead into dry roasted nuts, dried berries, and smooth vanilla.
Finish:
Earthy spice with sweet stewed fruit.
