A great cask-aged gin that is perfect for cocktails, especially citrus led cocktails! You also receive a rather fancy oak ageing stick that can be used to intensify the oak flavour to your desired level.
The nose is fresh and zesty. Juicy citrus notes shine through with juniper, coriander and cardamom. The palate is full of citrus fruit, lemon, lime and some soft orange. The juniper profile is accompanied by some peppery and cardamom spice. Delicious!
