Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Terms and conditions – The Spirit Co Instagram & Facebook competition.Please note to participate in this giveaway you must be at least 18 years old in the UK & EU and over 21 years of age in the USA. This giveaway is not associated with Instagram or Facebook in any way.
To participate in this competition, users must subscribe to our newsletter, ‘like’ and tag someone who likes gin on our Instagram or Facebook Renais Gin competition post. This competition will run until 23:59 on Monday 16th October 2023. Entries made by direct reply to this T&C page will not be accepted.
2. There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 23.59 on Monday 16th October 2023, who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
3. The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Europe & USA (barring any destinations we cannot ship to, for further details on shipping destinations visit this link: https://thespiritco.com/pages/delivery-returns).
If an individual has entered with an address where we cannot ship to, the entry will be null and void and discounted. Entries from The Spirit Co’s employees, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands and concessions may not enter.
4. The prize consists of a bottle of Renais Gin, signed by Emma Watson. Shipping will be provided free of charge on behalf of The Spirit Co. This signed bottle is not for resale and carries no monetary value.
5. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by The Spirit Co as to how you claim your prize.
6. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
7. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same Instagram or Facebook account, the first entry only will be accepted.
8. There is no purchase necessary to enter the competition, however you will need an internet connection and have an Instagram or Facebook account. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion.
9. The Spirit Co reserves the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent or inappropriate or based on any form of misconduct.
10. The winner will have 7 days to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this point we reserve the right to select a new winner at random.
11. The decision of the promoter (The Spirit Co) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
13. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
14. You are providing your information to The Spirit Co and not to Instagram or Facebook. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram or Facebook from any claims.
15. The Spirit Co does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, computer or connectivity failure or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
16. The Spirit Co reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
