The nose starts off sweet, vanilla, apples, strawberries and cream and cherry mix into some subtle smoky oak and spice. The palate is sweet with vanilla, honey, cherry and caramel on the tongue before some warm spicier notes start to turn up. Smoked oak, pepper and cinnamon.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an independent bottler, you can expect single malts, single grains and bourbons from all from renowned distilleries. They also produce world-renowned blended whiskies and blended malts. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
