This legendary distillery, based in Jamaica, is one of just a few that still maintains centuries-old production techniques, which result in its signature full-bodied rums. Delicious served neat or over ice.
The nose is rich and intense, with notes of caramelised apple and sweet spices mixed with a delicate touch of smokiness. The palate offers notes of ginger, dark chocolate, vanilla and coffee. The finish lingers with waxy notes.
