The label of this single malt whiskey is a reference to the common misconception that all Irish whiskey is triple-distilled. However, they could have simply made that fact in a way that doesn't confuse us. It looks like there are three pipes in that spirit safe, but it also looks like there are only two!
Batch 2 is a release of 876 bottles.
On the nose expect apricot, whipped cream, honey and barley. The palate offers further honey, apricot and a hint of cracked black pepper at the core. The finish leaves a fantastic combination of buttered toast and Seville orange marmalade.
