Made with a mash of unmalted and malted barley, then triple distilled in copper pot stills. The Redbreast 15 is made exclusively of Pot Still whiskeys matured in first fill and refill oak casks for no less than 15 years resulting in a flavoursome whiskey full of assorted spices and a complex flavour.
On the nose expect a full and rich profile with a complex yet balanced mix of berry fruits and aromatic oils.
The palate is fully round and mellow with the succulence of fleshy fruit combined with spices and toasted wood.
The finish is long smooth and sophisticated.
