Drumshanbo’s single pot still release celebrates the heart of Irish whiskey tradition, made from unmalted barley and Irish Banna oats. A dual maturation in ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks adds depth, richness, and a distinctly Drumshanbo signature.
Nose:
Bold notes of warm pot spice complemented by wafts of vanilla and dried fruit.
Palate:
Dried fruit mouthfeel with lighter notes of milk chocolate, followed by toasted oak, spice and sherry tones.
Finish:
Warm and creamy finish with toasted notes.
