A classic example of a peated single malt Irish whiskey, double-distilled at the Cooley Distillery and matured for over a decade in ex-bourbon barrels.
Nose:
Smokiness and peat, complemented by coastal floral tones, honey and subtle woody notes.
Palate:
Bold and smooth, prominent flavours of malt and peat, with the sweet smokiness of honey and natural sweetness of barley.
Finish:
Honey and peat smoke lead to a long and intense finish.
