Created by carefully selecting 16 different botanicals in line with Exeter's Roman heritage, subtle tones of Tarragon, Basil, Cardamon and Marigold combine with a light spicy finish from the Pink & Black Peppercorns. High-quality Juniper berries provide a full depth of flavour balanced with the other botanicals, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and desirable gin.
Juniper is complimented with citrus tones from the dried Orange and Grapefruit peel. These then combine beautifully with English Coriander, Angelica Root, All Spice, Cubeb & Goji Berries along with cinnamon, to give the gin a distinctive finish.
