The eagle-eyed of you might have seen this this gin making an appearance on the hit Amazon show, Clarkson's Farm. Inspired by the seasonal produce of February and Eastern European food pairings with the vegetable and beetroot, this Diddly blend has distinctive notes of apple, beetroot and dill as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries to create the ultimate refreshing taste.
Tasting Notes
Juniper sits at the forefront, with dill and lemon balm notes to follow. A crisp apple with lasting flavours of earthy beetroot complete the palate.
Serving Suggestions
Either serve as a G&T with Fentimans tonic with a garnish of apple. Alternatively try using this gin instead of vodka for a twist on a classic Bloody Mary.
