The Fiona Macleod 33 year old is full of character and charm. A truly superb whisky that really boasts the best of Islay.
The nose is full of tropical fruits, vanilla, caramel before leading way to an enticing smoky aroma.
The palate is salty with smoked wood tones, mango, ginger, citrus and dried fruits.
The finish is just as complex, barley, dried fruits, citrus and wood smoke.
