On the nose: rich fruitcake and brown sugar aromas combine with a hint of cinnamon. morello cherries, toasted walnuts and medjool dates develop to sweet smoke.

The palate: flavours of cured meat are balanced by sweet, ripe summer berries and smooth almonds. subtle notes of toffee give way to light black pepper.

The finish: a medium-bodied finish of fruit and spice, with lingering bonfire embers
