This straight bourbon from New Riff is distilled with a mash bill of non-GMO grains and is bottled-in-bond after four years in virgin American oak casks. On the nose expect butterscotch, oak and spice. The palate offers a punch of cinnamon, dark berries and subtle vanilla….cloves are also present. The finish lingers with deep rye and dark berries with a touch of pepper.
