Aged 5–7 years and bottled at 90 proof, Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon is polished and smooth. Its carefully crafted mashbill—75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley—creates a seamless sip layered with honey, fresh vanilla bean, and rich caramel. The rye contributes earthy, spicy undertones, while the touch of barley brings bold notes of cocoa and toasted grain.
Nose:
Toasted rye bread with honey, apricot, ginger and cinnamon, followed by wet earth and charred oak.
Palate:
Silky vanilla, butterscotch, coupled with caraway seeds and rye spice. Earthy herbs and chewy oak undertones.
Finish:
Nutmeg, vanilla and spice complement the finish.
