Roundstone Rye, distilled in Virginia by Catoctin Creek, is crafted from 100% rye, with local sourcing whenever possible. Aged in new Minnesota white oak casks, this rye is bottled at 80 proof, offering a bright, spicy character with a clean finish.
Nose:
Vanilla and mocha, green oak and pipe tobacco.
Palate:
Banana and walnut loaf leads into more vanilla, followed by cinnamon and peppery spices.
Finish:
Spicy finish full of oak and buttery caramel.
