Yellowstone Select has been crafted at Limestone Branch Distillery where the Beam family has been since the start of the Kentucky bourbon business. It all began when a man named Jacob Beam sold his first barrels of corn whiskey. This straight bourbon features a handpicked blend of 4 and 7 year old bourbons, for an exclusive small-batch whiskey that honours its deep family origins.
On the nose expect rye spice with soft, leathered cherries. The palate offers hints of smoked caramel and the finish leaves a delicious smoky oak and brown sugar mouthfeel.
