This offering from Yellow Rose Distilling in Texas offers a smooth, sweet premium American whiskey with notes of vanilla, caramel and banana. On the nose expect a soft oak spice with a touch of ripe green apple and sweet dark sugar. The palate offers an abundance of sweet notes underpinned by toffee, condensed milk and vanilla. The finish is soft with banana and other sweet fruit. This would combine well with a contrasting cocktail sour.
