One of only 5000 bottles, this 70cl gin is individually hand signed and numbered. As per usual with Mason's the exact botanicals are kept a secret, but what's life without a bit of mystery?
What we do know as the name suggests, is that the delightful pairing of gentle pepper and succulent pear as a delectable combination.
On the nose fennel and pink pepper. The palate is smooth, sweet pear, pepper and fennel. The finish is warmer than usual, but full of fruit and flavour.
