This amazing gin is produced in Bedale Yorkshire with juniper berries picked from the bushes next to the distillery to keep this Gin as Yorkshire as possible! The botanicals used remain a mystery, but one could make an educated guess from the flavour and aromas. Maybe you can uncover the mystery?
On the nose expect juniper, soft citrus, and a peppery fennel. The palate is smooth and delicious candied aniseed and fresh citrus combine with a touch of cardamon. The finish is very smooth, apples and oranges throughout.
