FEW spirits was founded in Evanston a city that endured the Prohibition for over 100 years! What a place to start a distillery. A high rye content married perfectly with the sweet corn and aged in air dried oak barrels for an earthy flavour.

The nose is full of fruit, pears, apples, a light touch of orange and beetroot. The spice is well balanced and not controlling. The palate is again full of fruit. Plums, pears and orange before giving way to a light spice.
