As the summer months are on the horizon, we have been inspired to create a light refreshing herbal based gin.
This blend has distinctive notes of fennel, lemon and thyme as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries to create an interesting blend with a twist, whilst still maintaining the ability to be drunk as a long, early summer cooler.
Tasting Notes
Fennel runs throughout the gin, whilst the juniper provides a strong persistent backdrop with refreshing citrus and thyme undertones.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a classic G&T, or why not try it with a summer twist? And serve with Sicilian lemonade instead of tonic water and garnish with lemon.
