After 25 years at Cambus Distillery, this stunning Lowland single malt has been independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Slightly spicy with some succulent sweetness, this malt is very easy on the tongue. The bottle picture shows a nice snowy day at the Cambus Iron Bridge.
The nose is apple strudel, honeycomb, hazelnut, milk chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is ever so inviting. Caramel, milk chocolate, mixed berries, vanilla, honeycomb, oak and a dash of cardamom. Very good stuff! The finish is oaky, slightly sweet with some soft dying spice.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an independent bottler, you can expect single malts, single grains and bourbons from all from renowned distilleries. They also produce world-renowned blended whiskies and blended malts. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels
