Bowmore’s 15 year old single malt is matured over time in bourbon casks and finished for three years in Olosoro sherry casks.

On the nose expect a smoky, bitter chocolate aroma with a wisp of raisin. On the palate a rich, woody and toffee-infused sensation gives this whisky a fantastic complexity. The finish compounds the sherry characteristics and exudes toffee and spice.
