Winning a gold medal for ‘Best Irish Grain Whiskey’ at the World Whisky Awards. It is matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for a fruity kick, a great example of why more Irish Grain Whiskies should be made!
The nose is sweet, a small amount of pepper starts to appear before being washed away with a fruity profile thanks to the Cabernet Sauvignon barrel. On the palate expect a sweet profile. Summer fruits mixed with vanilla, caramel and a hint of honey.
