Crafted in small batches, each bottle captures the essence of Renais’ terroir-driven philosophy while introducing layered complexity, silky texture, vanilla and spice notes and a distinctive hue influenced by its time in wine-soaked oak. The result is a sophisticated spirit, ideal for contemplative sipping or luxurious reinterpretations of classic cocktails.
This expression of Renais, matured in a single Grand Cru Chablis cask, reveals a bright, fresh vibrancy on the nose, unfolding into smooth vanilla and delicate oak spice on the palate. Each bottle is numbered.
