Fig, Sage And Thyme – No.17 50Cl Tin

Inspired by the ancient Mulberry tree that sits in the famous grounds of Kelmscott Manor, once home to William Morris, not far from Gin In A Tin HQ; we got our creative juices flowing. Mulberry gin has been created many a time, but fig, originally an Asian species of the flowering plant of the mulberry family, has not. Always looking for something different and challenging we have enjoyed developing this unique gin.

Today we are delighted to add Gin No.17 to our collection, The United Colours of Juniper.

Housed inside a stunning green tin, sits our delicious hibiscus fig gin. It has distinctive notes of fig, sage and thyme, as well as many other botanicals, centred around juniper, to create a subtle yet sophisticated gin, that keeps on giving.

Tasting Notes:

The Nose: This hibiscus gin has an equal balance of fig, sage, and thyme throughout.

The Mouth: Juniper and thyme lead at the forefront, with fresh fig in the body. The addition of sage and other herbs adds a herbal twist to follow on the palate and concluded with a freshness of fig coming to the forefront leaving you with a sweet glowing warmth

A classic G and T served in a large glass with plenty of ice, orange peel and a fresh sage leaf
