Triple distilled and slow filtered in small batches a few litres at a time and made with Durham spring water and pure grain spirit left over from the gin production.
On the nose clean and fresh, a slight hint of vanilla. The palate is super smooth with no alcohol burns, a slight hint of sweetness. The finish is much like the plate, smooth in every stage, perfect to sip neat or in a cocktail!
