Founded in 2014 by Jon Chadwick, the Durham Distillery was founded after a passion for craft spirits was discovered whilst in exploring the US.
This signature gin combines classic flavours with a taste of the North, juniper, elderflower, angelica, celery seed and some more modern flavours including pink pepper and cardamom. The bottle artwork is a modern interpretation of the Cathedral’s magnificent Rose Window, it looks as if the light is shining through the window!
