A 24-year-old single malt from Clynelish distillery, bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Clynelish has a strong connection with Johnnie Walker as much of their whisky is used in their blends. A great opportunity to try an aged bottle from this Highland distillery.
The nose is sweet, cherry tart, raisins, dried fruits and oak. The palate includes some previously unknown spice, pepper and clove. Some malty notes appear with some vanilla and dates. Simply delicious! The finish is honey, vanilla and some soft spice.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an independent bottler, you can expect single malts, single grains and bourbons from all from renowned distilleries. They also produce world-renowned blended whiskies and blended malts. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels
