Coachbuilt 20 Year Old – Korean Cask Finish

Introducing Coachbuilt x Three Societies 20 Year-Old Blended Scotch Whisky. A world first. This limited release is the first Scotch whisky finished in an ex-Korean whisky cask, bringing together two distinct whisky cultures in a single expression.

Aged for 20 years, it delivers bourbon-cask sweetness layered with bold spice and full-bodied depth, combining the maturity of classic Scotch with the emerging character of Korean whisky.

Just 130 bottles produced. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Nose
Bright grain character leads with corn, soft florals and vanilla, taking on an almost bourbon-esque sweetness. Gentle oak and light confectionery notes sit underneath.

Palate
A burst of candied sweetness: Caramac, cola nibs and milk-bottle sweets. Flavour-driven but still light on its feet, with a clean grain backbone and soft spice building through the mid-palate.

Finish
Delicate and airy, with a soft, tapering spice and a lingering vanilla-sweetness.

Overall
A surprisingly light, expressive and grain-forward 20 year old, shaped by its Korean cask finishing. Floral, candied and easy-drinking, yet still full of character.
