Pasote Tequila is crafted by Felipe Camarena at the renowned El Pandillo distillery. The Pasote Añejo is the range’s longest-aged expression, matured for a full year in American ex-bourbon barrels. On the nose, sweet notes of vanilla, light caramel, and coconut are balanced by subtle smoke and a hint of white pepper. The palate is rich and silky, unfolding flavours of roasted agave, soft marshmallow, and chocolate orange for a wonderfully rounded finish.
