Tequila Ocho is made by Carlos Camarena, a third generation Tequilero, in partnership with Tomas Estes. Aged in ex-American Whiskey barrels for three years using agave that has reached maturity, after 7 to 10 years of growth. Traditional brick ovens are used to bake the agave, it is then milled with spring water found on site at the distillery before being fermented in open air vats. A truly unique and world class tequila is the final product.
