This non‐chill‐filtered rare single cask from Tomore has been finished by Gordon & MacPhail – their unique expertise in matching spirit to oak casks, handed down through four generations of the same family shines through in the incredible 27 year old single malt.
NOSE
Fragrant vanilla pod gives way to rich sultana and subtle dark chocolate. Seville orange zest combines with clove and toasted oak.
TASTE
Cinnamon and ginger spice complement dark forest fruits with a subtle hint of aniseed. Notes of baked apple leads to stewed raisin s with a faint herbal influence.
FINISH
Full and long with lasting summer berries and citrus.
