Paying tribute to the phoenix, the legendary creature that meets its end in flames only to rise anew, this Speyside single malt undergoes a rare finishing period in new charred oak casks. This Speyside malt imparts a bold, rejuvenated character that mirrors the whisky’s mythic inspiration.

Nose: Coconut, creamy caramel, and milk chocolate, intricately laced with hints of pepper.

Palate:
Initial burst of caramel gracefully gives way to gentle tones of wood spice, vanilla, and sweet ginger, providing a well-balanced and harmonious flavour journey.

Finish:
Peppery notes that subtly fade into whispers of light oak, nuts, and malt, leaving a memorable and satisfying aftertaste.
