Based on the rum brave seafaring folk would have drank many a moon ago. Rich, warm and full of spices. Blending Caribbean rum with creamy Madagascan vanilla, vibrant orange peel, clove, cassia and a pinch of cardamom. The final result? One of the finest rums out there! A real tribute to the rum of times gone by. Bottled at navy strength you couldn’t get any closer to the of centuries ago. Expect bold flavours!
On the nose the additional ABV is noticeable but not overpowering. Strong notes of vanilla, cardamom, earthy spices and orange peel. The plate is strong complex and bold. Cola bottle sweets, spicy orange, spices, vanilla, and toffee. A real pleasure indeed.
