Dublin have waited over 50 years for an Irish Pot Still to come out of the city! Well it's here and definitely worth the wait. Ex-bourbon, ex- Burgundy, ex- Cabernet Sauvignon and virgin oak have been used to mature this fine whiskey.
The nose is dry, warm and inviting. Roasted almonds, pine nuts, honey and the smallest hint of spice. The palate is an interesting and delicious mix, grapes, strawberrys, pepper and oat cakes.
