The Redbreast 12 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey. The whiskey has been matured in Oloroso sherry butts which gives a distinctive rich, dry and fruity complexity.
On the nose expect fruit, spice and toasted oak. On the palate a wonderfully full-flavoured balance of spice, strong fruits and nuts. The finish is delightfully long and lingering as the flavours continue to develop. We think an absolutely first class whiskey.
