A very unique gin from Galicia in Spain. Three masters of wine all dreamed about using the best ingredients from their land to create a gin different than all the others. 12 botanicals are used in production of this gin, the flavours are strong with a smooth finish, reminiscent to the Atlantic wind where it hails from.
How is a perfect gin and tonic prepared with Nordés? According to the creators themselves:
For a straight G&T they suggest to always serve in a wide glass with a lot of ice, and to add the ingredients in the following proportions: 50ml of Nordés gin and 200ml of natural tonic water. Lastly, we garnish with 3 white grapes. The grapes reinforce the nuances of the albariño wine distillate that is present in the gin and defines an ideal mixed drink to be enjoyed in good company.
