It’s said that gin started in Italy in the 11th century, discovered by monks who added juniper and lemons to their spirit. This gin is distilled by the Vergnano Family in Moncalieri just outside of Torino. Five simple yet tasty botanicals are used in this Italian gin along with fresh Sicilian pink grapefruit. The spring water is from the nearby Monviso Mountain. A vacuum still is used to keep the gin as smooth as possible and flavours intense.
