The guys and girls at Woodford Reserve have produced this gentle pour to suit all palates, but definitely one to try if you’re new t the scene or prefer a whiskey on the sweet side. This expression as expected is made using 52% wheat which hits the mouth with an abundance of sweet fruity notes. On the nose expect creamy vanilla, toasted banana and a gentle spice. The palate is moreish with a light green apple crunch, further juicy fruit and continued vanilla. The finish is soft with notes reminiscent of light milk chocolate and gentle spice.
