This small batch rye whiskey from Peerless Distilling Co. is extremely well balanced. On the nose expect buttery vanilla, green apples and aromatic spices. The palate offers further crisp fruitiness, malty rye, honey and sweet spice – a lot of flavours but exceptionally balanced. The finish offers notes of oak along with sweet stewed. A fantastic pour well worth a try!
