Rock Rose Gin Citrus Coastal Edition
Flavourful and fresh, zesty with a bracing sea air finish. Their most experimental edition to date was inspired by the Caithness coastline and is distilled using locally foraged kelp from Shore Seaweed and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company.
On the nose expect warm juniper notes giving way to bright lemon and verbena. The palate offers fresh citrus balanced with oceanic umami flavour of kelp. The finish offers a hint of salinity coming through from the liquorice salt with more citrus on the finish. Delicious!
The perfect serve:
A balloon stem glass with lots of ice and the Coastal Edition Gin, serve with tonic, goji berries and garnish with a slice of grapefruit...
