The Poetic License Old Tom strives in being different! It is one of the only gins not to get its sweetness from sugar, it comes completely from liquorice root! The great flavours are boosted by the ex-sherry barrels used in the production.
The botanical lineup includes hibiscus, cubeb peppers, rose petals and citrus fruits.
