This 11-year-old expression from Aultmore has been bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Aultmore draws its water from the Auchinderran Burn which is vital for the production of this precious whisky.
The nose is zesty with notes of strawberries and cream, barley and caramel. The palate is reminiscent of mint chocolate chip ice cream, oatcakes and caramel. Very good indeed! The finish is long and sweet.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an independent bottler, you can expect single malts, single grains and bourbons from all from renowned distilleries. They also produce world-renowned blended whiskies and blended malts. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels
